If you are new to the DMV area or simply not from around here, drive deeper into Virginia for another Best Buy. The sales people are pleasant when your about to spend your money, however once that stage is up and your faced with an issue (delivery in personal case) their true colors come out. Refusing to transfer the phone to your sales person or a manager is the standard here. I will never patron this Best Buy again.
This is the best best buy in the area. Clean,and they have the best inventory of any best buy around. It helps that employees are nice too.
Nice store; friendly staff. I do want to point out that if you're looking at cameras and camera accessories, the Best Buy at Pentagon City has more in stock.
Fast service and helpful personnel. I had to have work done by the Geek Squad... the cost was reasonable and the turnaround time was awesome.
Got my car backup cam done here and the associate was extremely professional and even taught me how to use the new stuff
