They tested my old one for free, under appropriate loads, and we discovered it was fine. Even though I had already paid for the new one online, they promptly refunded my money, and the next day I found the problem somewhere else in the motorcycle’s wiring.
Purchased a battery that was quite difficult to install. The salesman, Jeremy, worked for an hour trying to install it. Although he couldn’t ultimately complete the install, he tried his best and was extremely courteous. I highly recommend this store.
