When it came time to negotiate, the process was transparent and fair. Quite frankly, the first price they offered me was completely fair, but they were still willing to lower the price (I ended up getting the car for less than the Kelley Blue Book suggested price and less than the average sales price based on multiple websites, such as Edmunds). I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a new car to give Jack Taylor's a shot.

Where Jack Taylor Toyota shines is their CUSTOMER SERVICE! I never once felt like the staff were grungy used car salesman. The dealership appeared professional and so did the staff. They were genuinely nice.

I recently bought a 2017 Prius from Mickey at Jack Taylor's, and I had a thoroughly pleasant experience. Prior to shopping at Jack Taylor's, I had been to 3 other dealerships and tried out 5 other cars. Mickey was by far the most respectful salesperson I interacted with. He never tried to pressure me into more expensive options, and he was patient with me as I went back and forth to the dealership trying different cars.
