I've written reviews before, but I believe it is a good idea to keep them up to date. I recently took my vehicle in for a variety of problems and repairs and Georgetown Auto Service provided, again, the best service I've received anywhere. I promise -- they didn't pay me or give a discount or even ask me to write this review, they just deserve it. I have dealt with so many problems in the past with mechanics and dealerships because I'm a woman and don't know much about cars. Ever since the first time I brought my Audi TT in, I've known that they'll give me the best price for the repairs, they'll make sure I'm informed about what is absolutely necessary versus what is an optional repair, and what is coming down the line to be repaired. They've always gotten my vehicle back to me in a record amount of time and been accommodating with my schedule. You really couldn't take your vehicle to a better place.
I've been a customer of Georgetown Auto for at least 4 years. I keep going back because they are honest and upfront about repairs and options, and they will make every effort to make things right. Bottom line, they are honest and have solid customer service. IMHO, reasonable prices too.
The guys at Georgetown Auto treated me with great care especially Roberto and Bobby. They made sure I got to work and that my car was done when they said it was going to be done. My Mercedes runs like the day I got it. Georgetown Auto I would recommend them to anyone before going to the dealer better service better price.
My husband and I were visiting from out of town, and we had issues with our car. After calling around to several different places, we decided to come here because of the perfect reviews and genuinely kind staff. We were very pleased with the service! The office is nice, and the garage is top-notch. Their prices are fair, and their staff is trustworthy. If we lived in the area, we would be reoccurring and loyal customers!
I went in to get my headlight replaced today, and they repaired it not only quickly, but also on the house! Great place, will definitely be returning.
