The travel agent (Adiba to be specific) is absolutely rude. I would never be interested in seeking travel advice from such incompetent and unprofessional travel advisors. Travel are the worst company to book a deal with - they are very complacent, unprofessional, rude and do not value any customer service nor customer loyalty and all she cares about making commission. Stay away from this agent.
