They booked our tickets for two, but assigned us one seat and we went through a HUGE ran around when we arrived at the airport to find another seat. The tickets were booked for two passengers but Adam Travel only assigned one seat. So one of us had to set in the back of the plane when boarding. When we asked the boarding agent, they said your travel agent should have assigned your seats when they booked your tickets. I usually don't write reviews for companies but this experience was SOOO BAD I had to share it with everyone else.
Bad customer service, not helpful at all
Even 1 Star is too much for them! They didn't disclose their agency fees up front, they were not honest about it all. We booked flights through them thinking they are going to make our travel easier but we were wrong. The experience was horrible and customer service was a disaster. I wish I had used the online booking websites. BAD SERVICE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
You are better off using a website or other travel agencies who care about their customers.

Liars! Stay away! "Muslims" looking to victimize other Muslim brothers. I went to get an umrah package and regret it totally! Muhammed Marmash is the worst person you can deal with. He lied and chaged my hotels on me while i was on the trip! When i called to refund my money for the unauthorized change, he F bombed me and hung up! This is a man that wouldnt put my passport on the table without saying "bismillah" then cursed me at hung up on me when I needed his help. I asked to speak to a manager before he hung up and he wouldnt let me. Extremely unprofessional place. Horrible customer service. Complete scum bag
