When Caliber had finished repairs, I noticed bubbles and imperfections in the bumper paint. Additionally, the rear and side rear traffic alert sensors no longer functioned.
Fast, got my car back within 2 days. Entire front bumper repaired. Until I got on the highway and the underside of the front bumper came off, within the first day. Would go anywhere else to make sure your car doesn't fall apart after they 'fix' it...
I have been here more than I would like to admit, but living in this area of aggressive drivers, its bound to happen that you get the urge to body check someone with your vehicle. So far, though, my collisions were all honest accidents. Caliber Collision gets all my business when it comes to repair services. I trust them more than I do at my dealership. The service is always friendly and the time estimates for having work done are almost always off - they are done faster than anticipated. Hate to come here, but when I am, I know I am in good hands.
Caliber was suggested by GEICO for repair of a damaged rear bumper. A young man who was texting failed to stop and ran into my car.
Caliber's work was sloppy -- residual rubbing compound was smudged along bumper to body seams and even a small amount was smeared on the inside of the driver door.
While Caliber as a company seems to have grown quickly, I am not convinced that at least this Caliber shop has the skills to make even minor repairs and would warn away others.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this location. They do a very well job of keeping you up to date on your vehicles process. When Caliber found more damage un the surface they called immediately to inform me. It did not take long at all for my car to be restored! Oh yeah, my favorite part was knowing they would not return my vehicle until they cleaned and waxed it!
