I wish I could give them zero stars... the manager heather actually argued with me... went out of her way to basically tell me I’m wrong even though it was her employees that gave wrong information.... I am extremely disappointed and feel very disrespected... I’m not sure what happened to customer service... I began to get very mad and decided to go to corporate... heather was so rude and talked down to me and didn’t care to even try to fix my issue... I will never go to Benfield or at least not this one... Petsmart lost a customer as well.... I don’t recommend this place at all and I definitely recommend going straight to corporate if you have any issues heather is a waste of time...
Well, they are cheap for a reason. The vet tech I had wouldn't let me watch clip my cats nails, so that I could hold her down as they do it, and I waited nearly 30 min, after I showed up 15 min early for my appointment. And in the back room they left my cat on the floor in her cage when they were done where dogs could come up to her, even when i asked them about, they said she wasn't in the cage until i told them i see her, and they picked it up and said she must be done. The vet himself seemed nice though, but I won't be coming back.
I think the vets genuinely care about your pet. We have a dog with a lot of special needs and they are always caring and kind. Yes, they are really busy, but that is par for course in this highly congested area. I think they do the best they can.
Vets here have been awesome. Somewhat difficult to get an appointment, and the Banfield health policy is not quite as beneficial as one might hope.
I am extremely surprised by all these negative reviews. I have been going to Banfield and have had the wellness program for my dogs for the past 12 years and I have nothing to complain about the. Their vet is Dr. Maxey and she very good. The front desk has always been helpful and pleasant.
