I recently came in with my 12 year old Maltese who has several health issues. The groomer was gentle and I absolutely love the classic Maltese haircut. I will definitely be coming back.
Can't follow directions! When the owners tells you to just clean up around his ears and neck, you don't shave the dog's whole body. In addition, they had him all day and I'm not sure he was let out. Han, who has been known to do Samoyeds, is no longer with them and when she said that, I should have hung up and kept searching for another groomer. Take your dog here at your own risk. I won't be returning. Owner offered to cut my $90 bill in half, but I just don't believe in that.
Great job on a challenging mini Schnauzer! Got a same-day appointment with Jenny and she did a fantastic job on my Schnauzer's first visit there. The eyebrows, beard, and skirt were cut as requested and the tear stain gunk was cleaned out. My pooch was skittish with the nail clipping but she pulled through. I picked up her an hour later and she was a clean new pup happy to see me. Well done and highly recommended!
Love love love this place. We've brought both our St. Poodles since 1990; they are generous and considerate. It is a community staple and the professional groomers are accommodating to time and always walk Abbey when I ask :-).
Soooo glad Greg and I found this place. Haley, our cat,was taken care of from drop off to pickup. Met with her groomer (Lee) to discuss The type of cut (lions mane). They took such good care of her! Haley was happy to see us after her appointment, and was actually calm and curious. Would highly recommend!
