So bad service at front desk, rude receptionist, long period of waiting. Just horrible! If you have another health provider go for it! Don't even try this place.
I went there today with one of my students. The health center at our school set an appointment for Friday at 1pm. I went there and they said they were closed. I informed them that my student has little support and its difficult for her to get there. The girl at the front desk just stared at us. No apology, No suggestions. The number listed on GOOGLE is not the number for this department. But it isn't like you could talk to them even if you DID have the correct number. It's not like you could actually talk to someone anyway. After calling twice I was sent through a ridiculously log phone tree only to wait for 20 mins then be told to leave a message and they would "call me back". I feel bad for anyone who relies on their services.
They were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get better. Everyone was patient and treated me like a human being instead of just a number.
DON'T EVER MAKE A PHONE CALL
I wish there was a lower number then the one star. Everyone works here in slow motion and pretending to be busy. Even if you have an appointment a 2 to 3 hours wait is normal for just getting vaccination shots. They don't care if u need to get back to work or has anything else to do. Terrible service :(
