Incompetent staff and office operation. Incapable of handling the simplest of transactions. They rarely answer the phone and Ty is never available, either out of the office or "on the phone". Uses unqualified and unlicensed personnel to perform work on behalf of customers.

I switched car insurance companies some time ago (from Geico) with the help of the lovely Michelle Tejeda. She wasn't only kind and reasurring but she was also very knowledgeable! I explained my needs to Michelle and she was able to put a policy together that covered all my needs AND saved me some money!! I highly recommed her if you are looking for better rates and better car insurance overall.
