The staff are very helpful, the prices are reasonable, and it's easier than ordering online or heading to Home Depot.
You neighborhood locksmith and hardware store. Cool place with stuff jammed in every nook and cranny. Haven't found a hardware store or this in ages. Prices are not like big box stores but still really reasonable. The owners are really nice and helpful.

The lock to our front door broke. Called them early in the morning and they sent someone to our house within two hours. Arrived during the time they said they would, always a plus. Friendly, professional, and quick service. The gentleman who came to help us even fixed our squeaky door! Cannot say enough nice things about them, would absolutely hire them again.
