I absolutely LOVE this target! By far one of the best ones in the area (I am a religious Target shopper). They just started an expansion to add a Starbucks and it will bring this place to the next level.
The RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STORE MANAGER EVER!! (Jason ) Potomac Yards Target!! I was here to spend $300 until we got to the register, this store manager comes up to me about a sales sign and starts to ARGUE WITH ME ( in front of other guests and staff) turns around and said I was RUDE AND WALKS AWAY FROM ME, LMFAO where they do that at!! WOW!! Best believe Im sending an email and doing reviews right after each other! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN TARGET! Thumbs down target, thanks to Jason your store manager in this location! NEED BETTER TRAINING in professionalism!!
Aside from that, staff is always great and the store is always clean. I almost never have an issue finding what I need and the Target app is NEVER wrong about inventory here. This is one of the best locations I have been too and they do an amazing job.
Gets a little hectic sometimes, but I always find what I need here and have always gotten a parking spot.
Target is one of my favorite places to shop. However, this particular store is one of my least. The cashiers are always overwhelmed and the staff in general never seem to know what’s going on. It is one of the busiest Targets in the area, so that’s a contributing factor. Overall, I only come to this location if I have too (and that goes for all the stores in this plaza).
This location is super convenient and pretty clean. My only complaint is the produce and fresh food isn't always reliable.
